Do you offer warranty or support?
Yes. We provide full after-sales support with a standard warranty, which can be extended. Our technical team is always on standby to assist with any questions, setup guidance, or ongoing support.
What demo options do you offer?
We offer virtual, in-home, and showroom demos. In-person demos are currently available in Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Cape Town, while the rest of South Africa is covered through virtual demonstrations.
Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located in Pretoria. You’re welcome to visit for a hands-on experience if you prefer not to have an in-home demo.
What can I expect from a demo?
During the demo, we’ll give you a complete walkthrough of all features and accessories. For in-person demos, you’ll also be able to try the equipment yourself and experience it firsthand.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. We offer professional installation as an additional service. Our team will come to your home, set up your equipment, and give you a full guided walkthrough so you understand how to use everything from day one.

Yes. Our equipment is designed for straightforward setup, and we provide guidance to help you get started. However, professional installation is available if you prefer a seamless experience.
