Speediance South Africa is committed to delivering your Gym Monster 2 safely, professionally, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how delivery, handling, and installation are managed.



1. Delivery Areas


We currently ship to all major metropolitan and regional areas within South Africa.


For remote or outlying locations, delivery times and installation availability may vary. Our team will confirm logistics after your order is placed.



2. Order Processing


Once payment has been received and confirmed, orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


After processing, our logistics team will contact you to arrange delivery and installation (if applicable).



3. Delivery Timeframes


Typical delivery timeframes are:

Major cities: 2–3 business days

Regional areas: 5–6 business days


These are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, location, and courier schedules.



4. Delivery & Installation


The Speediance Gym Monster 2 is a large, professional-grade piece of equipment.


Delivery includes:

Transport to your address

Placement in the desired room (where access allows)


If installation or setup is included with your order, our team will schedule this separately.


You must ensure:

Clear access to the delivery area

Doorways, elevators, and staircases can accommodate the equipment

Someone is present at the time of delivery


Failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.



5. Delivery Delays


Speediance South Africa is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier or freight partners

Weather conditions

Access restrictions

Incorrect delivery information

Force majeure events


We will always keep you informed if any delays occur.



6. Risk & Ownership


Ownership of the product transfers to you once the item has been delivered and signed for.


Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.



7. Damaged or Missing Items


If your product arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos or video evidence

Do not install or use the equipment


We will arrange a replacement or repair in line with our warranty and returns policy.



8. Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive tracking or delivery confirmation from our logistics team.
